IPS Monarch specializes in the service and repair of electrical motors and generators for nuclear, hydro and fossil fuel plants, cogeneration plants, steel mills and refineries. Our facility in Cleveland is certified to ISO Standard 9001:2008 and provides nuclear service per 10CFR50 Appendix B and ANSI N45.2. We provide AC motor repair through 15 kV or 80,000+ HP and DC motor repair through 10,000+ HP, and on-site rewinds and maintenance for hydro and turbine generators. IPS Monarch provides electric motor repair and maintenance services throughout the United States (including Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Michigan, Indiana, Illinios, Kentucky and West Virginia) and Canada.

IPS Monarch has extensive experience with application engineering, AC & DC motor redesign and custom manufacturing (we build motors from scratch). Our Cleveland, OH service center is designed for "Big Iron", with a 145-ton crane capacity and test, repair and rewind capabilities for large electrical equipment. Our testing includes EL CID and TVA Corona Probe, and our rewind technologies include MegaSeal™ VPI and IntegraSeal™ B-Stage hard coils up to 15 kV.
