We offer in-house coil manufacturing and field pole remanufacturing as part of our single-source capabilities (IPS retains control of QA and delivery, while giving you the best prices as part of our repair process or yours):
 

  • AC stator coils (up to 15 kV)
    — IntegraSeal™ B-stage hard coils, VPI and sealed coil systems
  • AC rotating fields
    — Edge and wire wound
  • DC armature coils
    — VPI, dip and bake and sealed coil systems
  • DC field coils
    — Shunts, Series, Compound, Rotor Bars, I-Poles, and pole face bars

    — Brake coils, reators, transformer coils, new pole pieces, contractor and control coils, etc.
