IPS works with facilities management in hospitals and universities. We install, commission, and maintain the reliability of critical infrastructure — rotating equipment, electric motors and generators, and power management equipment.
Our single-source capabilities include vibration analysis and the installation and maintenance of NFPA 110-compliant emergency and standby power systems. We also install and maintain HVAC equipment to comply with all federal, state, and local codes.
IPS has extensive experience with mechanical and electrical contractors. These firms design, engineer, and manage the installation and commissioning of critical equipment in hospitals and universities.
Our work with these professionals allows for a seamless transition to maintaining these assets. We know the equipment, how it performs, and how to maintain it for reliability and energy efficiency.
IPS works closely with facilities managers and maintenance supervisors on central heating and cooling systems. We plan and implement predictive and preventive maintenance to improve reliability and reduce or eliminate unplanned downtime.
We also provide customer training with best practices for maintenance and operations. Our instructors customize courses for electricians, HVAC technicians, plumbers, and the OEM equipment they maintain.
IPS master service agreements can cover all pumps, fans, blowers, compressors, and connected motors and VFDs. IPS provides authorized warranty repair for leading OEMs and has a North American distribution network for drop-in replacement.

Our services comply with the NFPA 110 standard for Level 1 and Level 2 systems. We service and maintain EPSS to provide power for essential loads, for a designated period, without being refueled or recharged.
We also install, service, and maintain transfer switches, to transfer from the normal power source to standby power and back.
TAW sells KOHLER® generators, equipment with the quality and performance to meet UL, CSA, IBC, and NFPA codes. Our turnkey services cover the complete lifecycle for generators and related equipment:
TAW sells only KOHLER® generators, but we provide maintenance for all leading OEM equipment. Our maintenance and testing comply with all OEM instruction manuals and NFPA 110 requirements.
Our testing helps ensure that the EPSS meets the maximum time to accept load after power loss. In addition to emergency standby generator service and maintenance, we also inspect and maintain:
Our single-service capabilities streamline your emergency response. Manage one service provider on-site, instead of coordinating the work of multiple vendors.
