IPS names Jason Martin as Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

(Greenville, SC — August 18, 2014) Integrated Power Services (IPS), a North American leader in the service and repair of electric motors, generators and mechanical power transmission components, today announced that effective August 18, 2014, Jason Martin will join IPS as its Chief Financial Officer.

As a leader of financial organizations, he has a demonstrated track record of partnering with leaders across the businesses he has supported to deliver customers an improved service experience while delivering outstanding growth and profitability,” said John Zuleger, President and CEO, IPS. Martin was most recently with Sears Holdings Corporation as VP/CFO of its $2.3 Billion Tools/Lawn and Garden Business Unit. Prior to joining Sears, Martin spent 11 years at Stanley Black & Decker in its finance organization. His last six years at Stanley included Business and Division CFO Roles for Healthcare Solutions ($150 MM), Security Services in North America and UK ($650 MM) and Security Services Europe ($1 Billion). While in these CFO roles, Martin and his team executed 14 acquisitions and integrations of business, systems and finance functions. He began his career in General Electric’s prestigious Financial Management Program working in their Transportation Systems and Appliance businesses where he received various CFO performance awards.

Martin, who currently resides in Naperville, Illinois, graduated with honors from Penn State University in Management Information Systems. While at GE, Jason became a certified Green Belt in Lean/Six Sigma. He will relocate his family and work out of IPS’s Greenville, South Carolina corporate headquarters.
