(Greenville, SC – April 18th, 2023) Integrated Power Services (IPS), a North American leader in single-source solutions for industrial and commercial power and mechanical processes, has named Jim Mugford Executive Vice President of Clean Power and the Gulf, Mountain, and West Regions.
Jim has enjoyed a remarkable 30-plus-year career in the electromechanical and rotating equipment Industry. A native of Calgary, Alberta, Canada, Jim spent his early career leading his family business, Kadon Electro Mechanical Services Ltd. Following the acquisition of Kadon by Siemens, Jim became President of TurboCare Canada and Vice President in Siemens Canada’s Energy Sector. Jim Mugford was most recently with Sulzer’s Service Division as the President and Global Leader of ElectroMechanical Services.
Jim’s role includes the newly formed Clean Power business unit for IPS. This newly named business will include IPS’s businesses in the wind, solar, hydro, nuclear, and geothermal customer markets. The regional responsibility included in Jim’s role represents some of the largest Clean Power generation sources.

Jim has a degree in Finance from the University of Calgary and graduated from the Advanced Management Program for Senior Leaders at Rice University. Jim will be based in Houston, Texas.
