IPS engineers and technicians work together on service, repair, and remanufacturing of gearboxes, pumps, fans, blowers, and compressors. We specialize in shaft, impeller, and weld repair for all pumps, from low flow to over 420,000 GPM.
We also provide coating, balancing, and new parts manufacturing. IPS service centers balance rotors up to 40,000 lbs., with static and dynamic balancing that meets ANSI and API specifications.
Our repair technicians bore out worn equipment housings, then sleeve to re-establish OEM dimensions and tolerances. We service, repair, machine, and remanufacture:
National Switchgear, an IPS Company, is a charter member of PEARL, specializing in surplus electrical equipment remanufacturing, rebuilding, and reconditioning. National repair technicians inspect, test, disassemble, and restore circuit breakers, switchgear, and related parts.
Each completed product is tested to OEM, PEARL, and NETA quality standards. Final inspection includes a 34-point visual inspection by the repair technician and QC supervisor.
