Vehicle 2-Minute Drill

The 2-Minute Drill card should be in the glovebox of all IPS company vehicles at all times.

If your vehicle does not have one, please see the person responsible for fleet at your location or send an email to fleet@ips.us.

Reporting an Accident

If you are involved in a vehicle incident, your priorities are to:

  1. Ensure all parties are not injured.
  2. Notify the authorities.
  3. Do not discuss fault with the other driver(s) or authorities.
  4. As soon as possible, notify your supervisor and report the accident to ENTERPRISE FLEET MANAGEMENT – call 800-325-8838 & choose Option 2.

Reporting an Accident

If you are involved in a vehicle incident, your priority is ensuring all parties are not injured and notifying the authorities. As soon as possible, notify your supervisor.

To report a claim for vehicles registered in Manitoba:

Contact Manitoba Public Insurance (MPA) at 204-985-7000 and complete the accident report form located in the IPS vehicle.

To report a claim for vehicles registered in Saskatchewan:

Go to https://www/sgi.sk.ca/claims.  Please inform the operator that there is a secondary automobile/extension policy for excess coverage via MPI under policy AMI-000413792.
